1.What is your opinion about the Texas law that allows guns to be carried onto college campus by anyone with a concealed handgun permit?
-I personally believe that if you need protection on you at all times while on campus then the campus itself is not doing its job to keep us, the students, safe.
2.What if anything concerns you about the new law?
- I am concerned that this will put stress on students. They will be more concerned with the student next to them rather than what the teacher is saying.
3.Why should or why shouldn't guns be permitted on college campuses?
- They should not be allowed on campuses, because the universities have more than enough money to employ security to take care of any problem instead of the students taking matters in their own hands.
4.Do you own a gun? Have a handgun carry permit?
- I do not own a gun, nor do I have my CHL.
5.Does this new law have you scared to attend class?
- At this moment in time, no. It will not be until the first incident occurs that I will be afraid.
