It's 'Rasberry', not 'Raspberry'.

By Sam Kelly

Josie Rasberry is a 19-year-old sophomore at Texas State University. She is currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations, and in the future hopes to do PR for restaurants. Josie was born in Honolulu, Oahu into a military family, her father an Army Ranger. A proud “army brat” Josie had the opportunity to live in North Carolina, Louisiana and Georgia before settling in Troup, Texas where she calls home. In her spare time Josie enjoys writing stories and plays. In the past Josie even had the chance to cast, direct, and perform in one of her plays in the Tyler Civic Theatre.
Josie has a love for almost all things food and works seasonally at the Kiepersol Estates, a winery and restaurant outside of Bullard, Texas. Josie also maintains a blog where she shares and shows how to prepare recipes that she has collected over time, and posts reviews on restaurants she has visited.
In addition to her work in her classes Josie also volunteers as a University Ambassador. She helps to foster positive energy and school spirit in the student population, gives tours of the University and works with her colleagues to organize campus activities.
